Payment Options
1: If you choose to pay by credit card we will give you directions on how to pay by the secure PAYPAL system.
2: If you want to pay by bank transfer we will send you all the details for this also.

Cancellations
Your 20% deposit or 20% of your full payment is non refundable. Once you have paid in full the cancellation charges are as follows. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to day 1 of your tour you will recieve a full refund less the 20%. If you cancel between 30 & 14 days prior to day 1 of your trip you will receive a 50% refund on the full price. If you cancel with less than 14 days prior to day 1 of your trip there is no refund at all. We strongly advise you to make sure your travel insurance to cover the above cancellation charges.

Deposits
Once we have received your booking form and confirmed availability to you we then require either a 20% deposit or full payment within 7 days. If you choose to pay the deposit only the full balance is required at least 30 days prior to day 1 of your tour. If these payments are not paid within these times and we do not hear from you we will consider your booking cancelled.
