This is general information to help our customers get the flights you want at the best prices.

Getting flights can be a minefield at times where ever you are coming from. Different seasonal or even daily prices, different classes, budget or full service, direct, or long transit/stopover flights?

Firstly the age-old advice is still the most important today. Do your research and book as far in advance as possible. While last minute deals are possible at certain times a year in advance is a wiser move. Do you want to spend many hours on a metal seat in an airport waiting for a connecting flight? Exciting maybe for first-time flyers but after that, NO.

Your own particular circumstances always need to be considered.   Budget or full service depending on your budget. Direct, or non-direct with actual flight times a consideration also. As David Vuong is an Australian travel agent this is the only country we can match flights/tours for you from.  As May world travel is in Thailand this is her region of expertise.

From Australia, David can give you competitive quotes with full-service airlines to anywhere in the world. For Baktrax departures in  Bangkok, Vietnam or K.L. You have many choices between budget and full-service airlines with direct and non-direct flights. For budget airline choices there is  Jetstar, Air Asia via K.L. or Scoot via Singapore. Jetstar has most flights connecting through Singapore also but does have some direct flights from some Australian cities. These are best booked online through their websites. If you see a great price the best advice is to book it immediately as it most likely will be gone tomorrow. Lastly, sometimes full service is even cheaper than budget airlines. Do your homework.

For a choice of full-service airlines from Australia you have Malaysian airlines via Malaysia, Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong, Vietnam airlines direct to Vietnam or via Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok or K.L., Singapore Airlines via Singapore, Philippine airlines via Manila, Garuda via Indonesia or a number of others via the Middle East. Only Qantas and Thai airlines have direct flights to the region on a regular basis and even they may have short domestic stops along the way. Check first.
